By so, EGLA COMMUNICATIONS will start operations as of Feb 15th, 2009 providing carrier services including its innovative "EGLA Card" application. "EGLA CARD" is an software-based binary that can be installed on a mobile device, Android, J2ME, IPHONE, BREW, or Windows Mobile that can be easily provisioned by a calling card carried to provide their services in a digital fashion.
