EGLA CORP changes vision and restructures itself

Coral Springs, FL. EGLA's board of directors met to discuss future of EGLA CORP, and unanimously tdecided to switch our focus and solely dedicate our name and brand to embedded software engineering sevices, as our core business, EGLA CORP was dedicated to software outsourcing as one of their core business goals, however mortgage crisis and real estate slowdown require special management and dedication.

Therefore, EGLA CORP will split into several entities no later than June 1st, 2008. The entities will be:

  • a) EGLA CORP: Embedded Software Engineering Services
  • b) Telecommunications division
  • c) Business brokerage and Real Estate Investments

EGLA CORP is hence working as an "Embedded Software Engineering" company as its main focus, effective Today.

EGLA CORP board has also authorized to start "dba" EGLA COMMUNICATIONS and develop an strategic plan to handle VoIP and Telecommuncation services as part of EGLA CORP. Our board has decided to work as EGLA COMMUNICATIONS as the face for our Telecommunications and VoIP services only. At the same time, our management team has started developing a business plan for EGLA COMMUNICATIONS and will start operations no later than May 1st, 2008.

EGLA COMMUNICATIONS will be in charge of servicing termination minutes and telecommunication services under FCC regulatory agreements, this is done as part of a business proposal made by our partner UBIWIRELESS looking for termination services, DID provisioning, for an innovative service jointly marketed in the future by UBIWIRELESS and EGLA COMMUNICATIONS. The board has then authorized, EGLA COMMUNICATIONS and UBIWIRELESS LLC to jointly collaborate in a new product to be released June 1st 2008.

EGLA COMMUNICATIONS is managed by our CEO and Corporate VPs, however our board's goal is to split EGLA COMMUNICATIONS as a separate entity in 2009., and elect different managers, as issue separate stock.

Bueinss brokerage and Real Estaate Investments, in which EGLA CORP was involved in the past will be spin off byQ4'08 or Q1'09 as a separate compnay, depending on the market conditions. However a final decision has not been made yetand new board of director meetings will take place in the summer to review ongoing plans, and revisit EGLA CORP's goals as well as EGLA COMMUNICATIONS/UBIWIRELESS joint venture.
